  1. Nice job as usual Chris. I think we all feel the tug to do things when we are out and about. I know in my personal experience, I used to ignore homeless people, or people who ask for donations for causes etc, but now I try to give something even if I am suspicious or if its inconvenient for me. My church is big on outreach ministries so we do a lot helping build homes in mexico, shoes for kids in africa, wheelchairs for the handicapped and lots more. It’s a blessing and it’s great to see folks who have the wealth living in Orange County use it for the Kingdom.

Giving up our time and money to help those in ned IS in many ways, the 5th gospel; Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and our lives. We have to be examples to the world through our lives, or the rest of the Gospel becomes obsolete. I think you did a great job illustrating this point in this one. Keep it up!

  2. I struggled with the Creation story for most of my life as well. It didnt help that “Christian scholars” were opening the doors for a different timeline other than the one in the Bible, or were offering an alternative explanation. This only undermines the whole account. I believe the 6 days was referenced by Christ, so that eliminates the possibility for misunderstanding.

The arguments of some creationists helped get me back on the fence, but didnt quite put me over the edge.

By recognizing the spiritual forces in play, God brought me past the creation doubts. I just couldnt see why scientists would be lying or a motive to change history. We have all been sold on the altruism and precision of science throughout our entire education and media. The end game, of course, is a secular, scientific explanation for everything. But by recognizing who gains from this and by starting to understand the spiritual forces in play, the house of cards came down, and I could see the well-oiled conspiracy at work.

  3. War! I despise
    Because it means destruction?
    Of innocent lives

    War means tears
    to thousands of mothers eyes
When their sons go to fight
    and lose their lives

I said – War! Huh Good God y’all
    What is it good for?
    Absolutely nothing
    Say it again

    War! Whoa, Lord …
    What is it good for
    Absolutely nothing
    Listen to me?

War! It ain’t nothing but a heartbreaker
War! Friend only to the undertaker
War! It’s an enemy to all mankind
The thought of war blows my mind

War has caused unrest in the younger generation
    Induction then destruction-
    Who wants to die?

    Ohhh? War Good God y’all
    What is it good for?
    Absolutely nothing
Say it, Say it, Say it

    War! Uh-huh Yeah – Huh!
    What is it good for?
    Absolutely nothing
    Listen to me?

War! It ain’t nothing but a heartbreaker
War! It’s got one friend, that’s the undertaker
War has shattered many a young mans dreams
Made him disabled bitter and mean
Life is much to precious to spend fighting wars these days
War can’t give life, it can only take it away

    War! Huh Good God y’all
    What is it good for?
    Absolutely nothing
    Say it again

    War! Whoa, Lord …
    What is it good for
    Absolutely nothing
    Listen to me?

War! It ain’t nothing but a heartbreaker
War! Friend only to the undertaker
    Peace Love and Understanding;
tell me, is there no place for them today?
They say we must fight to keep our freedom
But Lord knows there’s got to be a better way

    War! Huh Good God y’all
    What is it good for?
    You tell me
Say it, Say it, Say it

    War! Huh Good God y’all
    What is it good for?
    Stand up and shout it.
    Nothing!
