The internet wont be around forever, so my advice would be to make DVD’s of important videos on Youtube. And to make them in such a way that they can play on any DVD player.
Here’s how:
When you find a video you want to download, copy the URL from Youtube (the web address at the top of the page)
Then paste it on the front page of this website:

It will then give you a link to download the video to your computer. Click on any format, and download it.
In order to turn it into a DVD you will need to download a free program called DVD Flick:

You can put multiple Youtube videos on one DVD, I have put over three hours of clips on one DVD, but the quality decreases slightly the more you add.
In order to make sure it plays on the most DVD players possible you need to get very high quality blank DVD -R DVD’s I highly recommend this type:

If you want to make multiple copies with your master copy for distribution on the streets etc. You can put the master copy in a DVD duplicator like the one I use:
